Matenrou Opera is a Visual Kei band found in late 2006, and is still going strong today. The band is well-known for their industrial and alternative mix into the V-Kei scene, and have performed live in various countries. They have a heavy sound with accompaniment with orchestral instruments and backtracks, adding an ethereal undertone to their sound As of 2010, Matenrou Opera was signed to King Records and have produced one single thus far, with another (Otoshiana no Soko wa Konna Sekai) to be released this month on October 19th, 2011. Matenrou Opera will be attending Anime USA this November, so if you get the chance please check out their concert!
